TechForce Technology is staffed with experienced desktop engineers that provide on-going support services such as product procurement and deployment, IMAC (installs, moves, adds, changes) Desktop and Help Desk support services. TechForce Technology offers several IMAC options:

Dedicated On-Site Engineer(s)
TechForce Technology provides full-time resources that reside on-site with the client’s team. These resources are dedicated 100% in support of the Client’s IT infrastructure.. Typically, this option is ideal for clients because it offers the highest level of service by having the engineer(s) available on-site and familiar with the client’s configurations, personnel, and procedures, resulting in a cost-effective usage of time and resources. Clients are typically charged on a monthly fee basis for this option.

Time and Materials
TechForce Technology provides resources on an as-needed basis to augment the client’s staff. Clients are typically charged on an hourly rate basis.

Special Projects
TechForce Technology provides resources on an as-needed basis to perform specific projects. Clients have several options for charges, including on an hourly rate basis, fixed-price basis or cost-plus basis.

Technology Refresh Projects
TechForce Technology provides the right resources to manage Desktop/Laptops, Printers, Servers, and Network Equipment refresh projects on-time and within the Client’s budget.

Software Projects
Provide the right people for operating system and software installations & upgrades. TechForce Technology provides technical resources for emergency and special software projects.

Network Design and Implementation
TechForce Technology can manage the design and implementation of your network infrastructure. This allows our Client’s to focus their resources on their company’s core business.
